Armani beauty’s first priority is the safety, health and well-being of customers, employees and partners. Safety measures have been implemented to protect against COVID-19, and as a result, orders are experiencing shipping delays. Additionally, there will be implementation of a three (3) day quarantine of all returned packages. Shipping Methods and Rates
Every customer enjoys FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with orders of $75 or more. Free Shipping offer is valid on orders containing full price product shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Gift certificates do not qualify for the promotion. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
Our express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO orders will be shipped via Smartpost please anticipate a 4 to 6 week delivery. Standard shipping charges apply. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 weeks. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Return Policy

Your ultimate satisfaction with Armani beauty is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased on Armanibeauty.com upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. For orders purchased before 11/8/2022, please return by carrier of choice to the shipping address at the bottom of this page. Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email.
Products sold via Armani beauty may not be returned to other store locations. Armani beauty products purchased any other retailer locations may not be returned to the Armani beauty website. Please note that final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items and e-gift cards are not eligible for return.
If you purchased your Armani beauty product through Instagram, call our customer care team at 877.276.2643 to initiate a return.
If you purchased your Armani beauty product with your Shoprunner membership, please go directly to your Shoprunner account to initiate a free return.
If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online. Please be sure to initiate the returns process online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in return package and be prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable at this time.
For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Armani beauty products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
