SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

*Please note, any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications are to be used as guidance only. Armani Beauty does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All www.giorgioarmanibeauty-usa.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; We will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to your chosen carrier.

Our express shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO and PO Box please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Due to shipping regulations, orders containing any Restricted Products are only eligible to be shipped using Ground delivery.

We do not ship outside the US at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the US territories).

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) will not be processed until the next business day.

Once you submit your order on www.giorgioarmanibeauty-usa.com, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes by visiting your account's order history section. For orders that are past the cancellation window, you can find additional details on how to return below. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with your name and order number, and a customer care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

PRODUCT RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns of any www.giorgioarmanibeauty-usa.com  purchase within 30 days of the transaction. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a pre-paid label. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any returns. Please call our customer care team at 1.877.276.2643 for any inquiries.

Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. Order credit along with an $8.00 deduction to the return process will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by email.

If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. If you purchase Armani Beauty products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. Giorgio Armani Beauty's Auto Replenishment is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive pre-shipment emails before orders are placed. There is never an obligation to continue. You can change your delivery frequency and quantity in the My Auto Replenishment section of our site. You can also cancel any Giorgio Armani Beauty's Auto Replenishment orders if you no longer wish to receive them. Depending on your lending institution, your credit could take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We regret to inform you but we cannot accept exchanges at this time.
