application techniques
To get the Hollywood eye look, apply eye pencil #4 to the upper lash line, starting at the outer corner of the eye and lining two-thirds of the way towards the inner corner. Sweep eye shadow #20 over the base of the eyelid and blend to the outer corner. Finish with maestro mascara #1 applied sparingly with one or two quick strokes of the wand.
